    Returns & Refund policy

    At PetParkCo we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

    Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via service@fryebra.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

    Payment Processing Fee for Unshipped Order Cancellations / Customer-Reason Refunds

    If a customer requests to cancel an order or receive a refund before the order has been shipped, and the request is due to the customer’s personal reason after the payment has been successfully processed, a small payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    This applies to customer-reason requests including, but not limited to:

    • Change of mind
    • Ordering the wrong size
    • Choosing the wrong color
    • No longer wanting the product
    • Cancellation requested after payment has been processed but before shipment
    • Other non-product-quality related reasons

    The payment processing fee is as follows:

    • Orders under $50: $1 processing fee
    • Orders of $50 or more: $3 processing fee

    This fee is charged by the payment processor or bank and is not collected by PetParkCo. PetParkCo does not charge any relisting fee.

    The remaining eligible refund amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment method.

    Note: This policy applies only to unshipped orders canceled or refunded for customer-related reasons. 

    ✅ Return Eligibility

    To qualify for a return:

    • Request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging.

    • All original tags and accessories must be included.

    • Products must be in resellable condition (no stains, odors, pet hair, or damage).

    📦 Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    1. Email service@petparkco.com with your order number and the reason for return (see below).

    2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

    3. Once approved, return the item to specified address.

    💰 Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

    🚫 Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale / clearance items

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Opened pet food, grooming tools, or hygiene-related items (for health & safety reasons)
