It's very well made with thick clips and metal hook. The grasp strap at the top is positioned in the right spot and awe size for fast grip if need be on my Granddog Opie.
Our dog got quickly used to having the tactical harness put on before walks. The harness is very secure on her. When we were using her coller with the leash she would on occasions slip out of the collar because the collar would get lose on her with time. She now can't slip out out anymore.
